Local situation:
To approach basic health services is very difficult
mainly in the pediatric and obstetrical field because
of ignorance, poverty, lack of communication means,
lack of contacts between people and health operators.
The growth of HIV virus and the high percentage of deaths
between zero and five years of age (in Togo dye 120
children out of 1000 ) is the motivation of this project.
