Siria: War in progress
Emergency means replying to others’ needs in real time.
Who are the others? In this particular moment, we are focusing on Syria tragedy and its refugees who are in Bab el Salam, 10km far from Turkish border, and fight every day not only against weapons but also for water and better health conditions.
That’s why InterMed Onlus went there to open two ozone-therapy clinics and heal war wounds and many leishmaniasis cases. Needless to say, our support was deeply appreciated by local doctors. But the immense gratitude of the people together with all the smiles of the children are even more significant, even though they leave a kind of sadness when we have to come back.
Pakistan: focusing on human rights
In Islamabad, our staff composed by Nicola Lucini and Simona Seravesi interviewed several activists for human rights, normally unapproachable.
Searching for truth, supporting freedom desire and the will to report dramas often unknown in the rest of the world drove us to create a movie for speaking out on behalf of those who have no voice.
